Developed and ran a department of organisation development consultants engaged in helping different parts of Shell to diagnose problems and develop ways of coping effectively with their changing environments

 

Whilst at Shell advised outside organisations on planning and managing change

These included the National Health Service, Department of Health, British Telecom, F-International, Video Arts, London University
